Actress and anti-knife crime campaigner, Brooke Kinsella MBE, became our Ambassador in February 2013.
Brooke has been working with us to help promote Victim Support’s major campaigns and fundraising initiatives in the media and with other organisations.
When Brooke and her family lost her brother, Ben, in an unprovoked knife attack in 2008, Victim Support gave emotional support to the family.
Brooke previously helped Victim Support during our ‘Five promises to victims and witnesses’ campaign in 2012.
The Ben Kinsella Trust
After Ben Kinsella was tragically murdered in June 2008, his family set up the Ben Kinsella Trust in his name. The Ben Kinsella Knife Crime Awareness Exhibition is aimed at children and young people aged 9-18. The exhibition educates young people on making positive life choices, the laws and consequences of knife crime, staying safe and aims to stop young people from ever carrying a knife.
