Find a volunteer role

You can view and apply for all our current volunteer roles online.

Find out more about the different ways that you can get involved, or see our current opportunities to apply.

If you can’t find a suitable role listed in your area then please check back regularly for updates or contact the Volunteering Team, including details of where you are located and which kind of volunteering you would like to do with us.

If you have any questions, you should be able to find the answer in our volunteering FAQs.

Please note: Victim Support only operates in England and Wales. For volunteer opportunities elsewhere in the UK, contact Victim Support Scotland or Victim Support Northern Ireland.

What happens after I apply for a role?

You’ll receive an email notification letting you know we’ve received your application.

Your local Victim Support team will be in touch with you within five working days of the closing date. If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to an interview on the phone, at your local Victim Support office or another suitable location.

Depending on the role you’ve applied for, you can either start volunteering once your reference checks have been completed, or you may be registered for training.

Your volunteer manager will be able to answer any questions you might have about volunteering for Victim Support.
