Resources for victim-survivors of sexual abuse and violence

Visit Victim Support’s YouTube channel for more resources, including trauma and criminal injuries compensation.

Our online resource, My Support Space, has various interactive guides you can work through at your own pace. They can inform you about your rights as a victim and give you some tips and techniques to help move forward from your experiences.

There are guides about rape and sexual assault, domestic abuse, sextortion, sexual harassment, spiking, coping with trauma, child sexual abuse, and the criminal justice system.

It’s free to register for an account and it’s available as an app too.

Sign up to My Support Space or find out more information about how to download the app.
