  • Identity theft
  • Currency fraud
  • Telephone scams.

With our specialist knowledge we can:

  • Help you look at ways of claiming back any lost money
  • Help you build resilience to prevent any further crimes
  • Provide support that’s personalised to you.
  • Listen with compassion and help you find ways to manage and feel safer.

Our fraud caseworker works closely with the police and can provide advocacy with banks and Action Fraud.

We recognise that anyone can be susceptible to fraud and that criminals always find new ways of tricking innocent people.

We understand the embarrassment and shame that victims feel after experiencing fraud. Some people blame themselves, but you are not to blame.
