Get help

If you or your child have been affected by domestic abuse, we can provide free, confidential support to help you stay safe, recover and move forward. Our Early Help Domestic Abuse Practitioners work alongside parents and children across Birmingham to understand what is happening, identify risks, and create a plan that meets your family’s needs.

We can help with:

  • safety planning and reducing risk
  • emotional support and recovery
  • understanding your options and rights
  • support with housing, finances and other practical issues
  • access to specialist services and local support
  • support for children and young people affected by domestic abuse.

Every family is different. We’ll listen, work at your pace, and tailor our support to what’s important to you and your children.
