Victim Support processes personal information relating to individuals who use our online shop.
The charity uses fulfilment companies in relation to its online shop. When buying a product or solution through Victim Support’s online shop all personal data including payment details such as card details and bank details are processed by the relevant Victim Support commercial partner with whom we are working to provide that product.
Such data is only used for administrative purposes such as:
- To confirm your order
- To notify you of dispatch
- To answer queries about your order or the product itself
- In relation to communications relating to the ongoing fulfilment of the product or service
- For handling any complaints
Victim Support has an agreement in place with each commercial partner that they will not use personal data of individuals that purchase Victim Support promoted/branded products to contact the individual for marketing purposes.
Victim Support will only contact you where you have opted to receive updates from Victim Support.
