VS responds to BBC South East on burglary

Victim Support responds to BBC South East on the support available to burglary victims.

Kultar Nayyar, Director for independent charity Victim Support in the South East, said:

“We know that what victims want most is for offending to stop, so we welcome initiatives aimed at addressing or preventing offending behaviour.

“It is vitally important that all victims of crime get the help and support they need to cope and recover. Victim Support offers free emotional support and practical help to victims of any crime, no matter when it took place or whether it was reported to the police.
