This role is responsible for supporting the Resourcing and Development Manager in ensuring that VS provides excellent resourcing and development materials for Volunteer Managers: helping them to feel well supported, valued and motivates to ensure their volunteers feel the same and continue to support those affected by crime.

The successful candidate will be proactive in developing new roles and developing key stakeholder relationships to diversify the volunteer base. You will be used to working under your own initiative and working independently. You also will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport and confidence quickly.

You must have experience of supporting and developing people through strong well managed relationships balancing stakeholder expectations. You will need to have knowledge and experience in developing and delivering recruitment aids and campaigns both on local and national levels with an ability to analyse and interpret data.

You will report to the Volunteering Resourcing and Development Manager.
