We are looking for a Strategic Intelligence Manager to provide exceptional support to Victim Support’s Strategy and Business Plans team and inform strategic decision making.
The role will allow the holder to act as a key enabler, assisting colleagues in formulating strategic plans effectively. You will have responsibility for the collection and analysis of strategic intelligence, ensuring available internal and external sources are utilised effectively to meet the information requirement and organisational decision making processes.
This Intelligence Manager role will require you to demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as being highly organised and flexible. You will need the ability to gather information quickly and then condense the pertinent information into briefing reports. You will also need empathy with issues facing victims and witnesses.
Proven experience of intelligence analysis is essential in showing that you have the required attributes necessary to succeed in this role.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Planning.
