We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Senior Management Team & Governance to provide full and proactive PA, secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees. This role will support the Finance Director, IS & Digital Director and Operations Director. The role will also administer the Finance and Audit Trustee Committees.
The customer focus of the role is to provide effective, efficient and timely clerical and administrative support to the Senior Management Team and Trustees, in order to allow them to focus on timely decision making, and strategic and day to day management of the organisation with minimal distraction.
This Personal Assistant role will require you to demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as being highly organised and flexible. You will need the ability to proactively build strong, effective working relationships with the Senior Management Team, Trustees and appropriate internal/external stakeholders and manage communications/assist interaction between these groups. You will also need empathy with issues facing victims and witnesses.
You will need proven experience of providing high level support at Board or Executive level and working in a busy office environment involving substantial contact with people at all levels within and outside the organisation.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Planning.
