We are looking for an HR MIS Assistant to support the HR Systems Manager to undertake work to maintain and enhance our HR systems and to meet organisational data reporting requirements.
The post holder will be a key point of contact for employee Wave user queries, as well as supporting the HR Systems Manager to implement agreed systems development solutions and to support teams with the roll-out of new system functionality.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an HR MIS role and of working with HR systems at an administrator level, including in developing and producing ‘people’ data reports. You will have the ability to work under direct supervision and to deal with competing demands efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will also have excellent Excel skills, as well as being able to use all standard Microsoft packages to a competent level.
This is a six-month full time contract, with the possibility of a permanent placement.
