This important leadership role will transform how we engage effectively with all our people – from trustees and leadership teams to frontline staff and volunteers. This role requires someone who can confidently and proactively develop effective engagement strategies that work for different audiences. You will be responsible for articulating the major change programme and supporting managers to engage their teams with the change and buy in from their people.
The successful candidate will be proactive in building relationships with all levels of the organisation and will work with leaders to deliver strategies and effective engagement channels. You will be used to working across organisations, at a senior level, and working through others to succeed. You also will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport and confidence quickly.
You must have experience understanding an organisation's culture and business plan and creating engaging narrative. The ideal candidate will thrive in uncertainty and have experience of creating new programmes and initiatives from scratch. You must be experienced in organisational development and have a tool box of techniques in effective engagement and measuring outcomes.
You will report to the Director of Engagement and Enterprise.
