Victims Service Delivery Assistant - Warwickshire

Victim Support, in conjunction with the Warwickshire PCC, is looking to recruit a Victims' Service Delivery Assistant to join our team. You will be based at our Leamington office for three days per week, working from our Nuneaton office for the remaining two days per week. The working hours are part time, 30 hours per week Monday to Friday, to be worked in agreement with your line manager.

You will contribute to an effective operation by providing an efficient administrative support service to the Leamington Spa and Nuneaton offices, assisting with general correspondence and dealing with incoming calls and enquiries. You will provide support for and participate in local fundraising and assist the Service Delivery Managers with the administration of volunteers. Other duties include maintaining records, managing office supplies, typing minutes, dealing with mail.

The ideal candidate will have experience of implementing and maintaining efficient administrative systems, including the upkeep of manual records and electronic databases, and undertaking a range of administrative tasks. Strong self-management, numerical and IT skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with a wide range of people.

On successful completion of probation your salary will increase to £12,400 per annum (FTE £15,500 per annum).

The successful candidate will require an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
