Victim Support is seeking a part time service delivery assistant to join our team in Swansea. The working hours are part time, 20 per week, to be worked in agreement with the line manager.

You will contribute to an effective operation by providing an efficient administrative support service to the Swansea office, assisting with general correspondence and dealing with incoming calls and enquiries. You will provide support for and participate in local fundraising and assist the service delivery managers with the administration of volunteers. Other duties include maintaining records, managing office supplies, typing minutes and dealing with mail.

The ideal candidate will have experience of implementing and maintaining efficient administrative systems, including the upkeep of manual records and electronic databases, and undertaking a range of administrative tasks. Strong self-management, numerical and IT skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with a wide range of people.

On successful completion of probation your salary will increase to £7,939.27 per annum (FTE £14,886.13 per annum).

The successful applicant will be required to undertake police vetting.
