Victim Support is looking to recruit a service delivery assistant to be based in our Devizes office. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service Delivery team in accordance with our national standards and local procedures. The working hours available for this post are part time, negotiable from 28 to 32 hours per week, to be worked in agreement with your line manager.
Main duties include; general administration and office management to support our service delivery team to help victims of crime, developing and maintaining manual and computerised records, participating in local fundraising
Your experience is in implementing and maintaining efficient administrative systems in a public-facing service, with strong numerical and IT skills, and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with a wide range of people.
On successful completion of a six month probationary period your salary will increase to £12,917.33 – £14,762.67 per annum (FTE £17,300 per annum).
The successful applicant will need satisfactory clearance of an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) and police vetting.
