Victim Support is seeking a part time service delivery assistant to join our team in Bournemouth. You will contribute to an effective operation by providing an efficient administrative support service to the Bournemouth office, assisting with general correspondence and dealing with incoming calls and enquiries. You will provide support for and participate in local fundraising and assist the service delivery managers with the administration of volunteers. Other duties include maintaining records, managing office supplies, typing minutes and dealing with mail.

The ideal candidate will have experience of implementing and maintaining efficient administrative systems, including the upkeep of manual records and electronic databases, and undertaking a range of administrative tasks. Strong self-management, numerical and IT skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with a wide range of people.

On successful completion of probation your salary will increase to £8,266.67 per annum (FTE £15,500 per annum).

The successful applicant will need satisfactory clearance of an enhanced DBS check, as well as police vetting.

The closing date for applications is 9.00am on Monday 6 June 2016. Interviews are scheduled to take place on Friday 17 June 2016.
