Victim Support is seeking to recruit a Data Quality Officer to be based in Worcester to work 37.5 hours per week, days to be agreed with the Line Manager.
This is a temporary contract due to end on or before 31 March 2017.
The purpose of the role will be to source and provide additional information to support safe contact and enhance needs and risk assessments for all victims of crime; to ensure up-to-date and timely information is provided to Victim Support; and to conduct Service User Surveys with victims where positive need(s) have been identified and record feedback in line with Victim Support’s Victim Services Operating Procedures.
You will have an understanding of the impact of crime on victims; have an understanding of the Data Protection Act and its practical application in the workplace; be used to working to defined standards and procedure: and demonstrate a commitment to the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion.
On successful completion of probation, your salary will increase to £16,070 per annum.
The successful candidate will require an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
