Senior Service Delivery Manager - West London

We're looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to manage the West London boroughs of our service.

You will have a strong management style, with the ability to be hands-on when required. You will need to be able to work flexibly to ensure that the service is focused on meeting the complex needs of our service users.

A key part of the role is ensuring that effective partnerships are in place with Local Authorities, and in particular the violence against women and girls (VAWG) leads, as well as with a range of other services to ensure that we can effectively meet all our service users' needs.

Other key tasks include ensuring that performance and targets are monitored and that data is accurately collected, both for reporting purposes, but more importantly to drive service improvements.

The key requirements for this role are:

  • At least 2 years' management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the third sector, including the provision of domestic violence services and an awareness of the criminal justice system
  • The ability to build and develop effective teams
  • The ability to forge and maintain effective relationships with a range of partners
  • Ability to analyse data
  • Ability to work in a flexible and proactive manner and to manage change effectively.

Appointments will be subject to satisfactory checks made by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
