Enhanced Service Delivery Manager x2 - West London

We're looking for two Enhanced Service Delivery Managers to join our team in West London.

The main purpose of this role is to recruit and develop volunteers who will support victims of crime. You will also develop local key stakeholder relationships with a view to enhance partnership working and assist in obtaining local funding. You will have the responsibility of maintaining and enhancing service delivery standards.

The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience of delivering a service and working directly with clients or service users in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting. You must also have an understanding of maintaining confidentiality, safe working practices and the maintenance of files in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

You should be able to demonstrate your active commitment to promoting equal opportunities and diversity. It is also essential that you are able to work without direct supervision, and can prioritise your work and deal with competing demands in an organised and methodical manner. The ability to gather, analyse and use information and evidence from different sources to solve and resolve problems is also essential.

Appointments will be subject to satisfactory checks made by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) and references.
