Victim Support is the national charity which helps people affected by crime. We provide free and confidential support to help you deal with your experience, whether or not you report the crime.
How we can help you
If you are a victim of crime, our local Victim Support branches can give you and your family and friends information and support. And if you are going to court, our Witness Service can help before, during and after the trial. Or you can phone our national helpline, the Victim Supportline.
Supportline service update (12 May). The Victim Supportline is currently having technical problems as a result of moving to new premises last week. This means that the line is cutting out occasionally. However, we are working hard to fix the problem and taking calls as quickly as we can under the circumstances. If you cannot get through immediately, please hang up and try again in a few minutes. The Supportline's email service is also having technical issues that are stopping us collecting messages, although everyone will get an automated reply. Please be patient if you have emailed us. Your message will get through eventually and we will respond as quickly as possible.
How you can help us
You can help us by volunteering, making a donation or shopping online. And if you want to work for Victim Support, you can find details of job vacancies.
