Our charity has achieved many policy successes - some quite significant. Victims' and witnesses' interests are now high on the political agenda and we believe that's largely thanks to our campaigning efforts over the last 37 years.
In recent years, a wide range of new procedures and legislation have been announced that affect victims and witnesses. This shows that, one by one, the rights we have identified have been recognised and action has been taken to begin to address them.
